Refund & Return Policy

At Mysterious East, we carefully prepare every fragrance experience.

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, perfume products can only be returned under specific conditions.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

✓ The product arrives damaged

✓ You received an incorrect item

✓ The product remains unopened and unused

✓ The request is submitted within 14 days after delivery

Non-Returnable Items

Returns cannot be accepted for:

• Opened perfume bottles
• Used products
• Products without original packaging
• Items damaged after use

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within:

5-7 business days.

Refunds will be issued through your original payment method.

Return Shipping

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
